It started at 1pm when I got my queue number. At first, I thought that there are few people inside the renewal section. But as soon as I entered, the room is very crowded. One of them even told me that they've been there as early as 9am, (OMG). I later realized that the room is basically the DOH Accredited Drug Testing Clinic. I asked the employee inside why the queue is this long.
